Best Birthday Present I Got this Year

I received my birthday present two weeks earlier from my youngest daughter today. It is one of the best present I have received for my birthday. Both Macrine and I had one hour whole body massage from Natural Healing Massage this morning.

For the last six months Macrine and I have been inquiring for the availability of a Home Service massage, since Macrine has a hard time travelling because of her health. We asked our daughter if she can recommend someone. The first one she recommended was a Lady, We waited and waited and she never called.

So the other day I was surprised when Ditas messaged me in FB that she found a massage therapist but could only come to our residence the morning of 12/9, 12/13 or 12/19. I selected 12/9 because I have to go to DMV on the 13th and the 19th is too close to my birthday.

So today, Mark came to our house at exactly 10AM. He was finished by 12 Noon. Macrine and I are very happy of his service. We contracted for him to come once a month for 2 hour massage ( 1 hour for me and 1 hour for Macrine). It is not cheap, but we could put part of our Casino budget into the home massage service that both Macrine and I enjoyed.

Here are featured services, Mark is offering:

Deep Tissue: Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries.

Reflexology: Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet and hands.

Swedish Massage: Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation.

Myofascial Massage: Myofascial massage is a technique used to treat injuries and discomfort, reducing pain and increasing range of motion. Here are three comments from his clients.

1. Mark has the rare combination of skill and very strong hands to work out my knots and muscle spasms.

2. I am not one for massages on a regular basis, but as I fly a lot and travel all over the country, I develop a sore neck and lower back.

3. He really understands the body and knows how to target and loosen all of my problem areas with just the right amount of pressure.
